Plyometric training focuses on developing lower-body explosiveness, jump ability, landing
mechanics, reactive strength, and first-step quickness. This helps athletes become more
powerful and efficient in dynamic sport movements.

Strength and conditioning work is built around developing athletic strength, core stability, and
full-body control. Training also supports injury prevention and improves the athlete’s ability to
handle the physical demands of their sport and competition.

Speed training focuses on improving acceleration, sprint mechanics, first-step quickness, and
top-end speed. Emphasis is placed on proper running technique and developing efficient,
powerful sprinting ability.

This area develops an athlete’s ability to decelerate, cut, and re-accelerate efficiently. Training
includes footwork, reaction-based movement, and multi-directional speed to improve overall
athletic responsiveness.

Athletic movement work improves coordination, balance, body control, and movement
efficiency. The goal is to help athletes move better in all directions with improved control and
confidence.

This package is ideal for athletes beginning structured training or looking to build consistency. Sessions are scheduled twice per week and focus on foundational development in speed, strength, and movement mechanics.
This is our highest mid-tier commitment program for serious athletes. Training is scheduled four times per week and focuses on advanced performance development, including speed, power, agility, and change of direction training.
This package is designed for athletes committed to progressing their performance. Sessions
are scheduled three times per week with increased emphasis on strength, speed development,
and athletic conditioning.
This is our premium training option for serious and dedicated athletes. The unlimited package allows athletes to attend as many scheduled sessions as they are eligible for within the training schedule. This option is designed for maximum development, consistency, and accelerated performance results.
